Forehead Wrinkles

All of us will go thru the process of aging and it is just a matter of time.  If there such as Fountain of Youth, it’s already dried up by now because just too many people especially women wanted to keep themselves youthful.  The first and most visible sign of aging is forehead wrinkles.  It is too obvious that a lot of women just want to erase it like an unwanted word in a sentence.

No one is too young to have wrinkles, even if you are just in your 20’s you can start developing forehead wrinkles that is if you do not take care of yourself.  Improper stress management can actually make forehead wrinkles show up at an early age.  Smoking is another factor that causes premature wrinkles.  Cigarettes contain nicotin that causes poor blood circulation which leads to poor cell regeneration due to lack of oxygen. Alcohol drinking on the other hand makes your skin dry and rough which promotes wrinkle production.

The key to a young-looking skin is a good daily care regimen. Wash your face with a facial wash which is balance with your skin’s Ph at least 3 times a day.  Put sunscreen if you are to be exposed in sunlight.  Rehydrate your skin and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, water therapy is good for your skin. At the end of the day, free your skin from makeup.  Never go to sleep with your makeup on, it can clog your pores causing more skin problems. You’re your skin to prepare it for moisturization.  Use a toner with mild ingredients. Moisturize after toning, use a light moisturizer to nourish your skin.

If you are in your 20’s, start maintaining a good skin care regimen and a balanced diet to start your fight against aging.  You will reap your youthful skin as you aged.  Keeping healthy skin is like planting trees, you earn your reward when the tree starts to bear fruits.

If you are in your 30’s and 40’s, the damage in your skin will start to show up.  You can still prevent sagging by adding glycolic acid exfoliation to your regimen.  This substance is known in assisting the skin in collagen regeneration.  Skin peels once every two months is also helpful to remove dead skin cells and surface smooth skin. Get a trusted dermatologist to check your skin regularly.

When you are in your 50’s and 60’s, forehead wrinkles are already inevitable, however you can use wrinkle fillers to hide the years away. They are temporarily cover your wrinkles leaving it smooth and even. If you want a more permanent solution, you can opt for botox. Botox is a procedure where a chemical is injected in your face, paralyzing your muscles to avoid wrinkles from showing. Though botox gives dramatic results, it doesn’t improve your skin condition.
