Foreplay

The ever elusive foreplay. This word is a compound word, 'fore' meaning before not four meaning four minutes. Ha ha ha

And Play, well that is self explanitory!

So....before you 'play' you have some ...

• teasing
• touching
• tasting (kisses, licking, etc)
• hearing (really pay attention to the other person's words, moans of 'yes' or 'no')
• feel your mate - read his / her body language!

These foreplay activities help bring the anticipation levels high. For women it is the time for us to let go of the day's activities and events from our busy minds and let the arousal of our partner take over. Men are more like microwaves, turned on quickly. Women can be microwaves at times, but not very often. We are more like slow cookers. It takes longer for us to get warmed up and ready!
