A simple yet overlooked trading technique in Forex Trading in the use of Inside bars and outside bars (IB/OB).

They are simple to identify and the tell you a lot about the current mood of the market.

An IB shows indecision and a warning that a move may be coming to an end, or at the very least taking a breather.

An OB shows the buyers and sellers are in disagreement and an explosive move in one dorection could occur depending on who wins the outcome. You want to be trading in the direction of the OB when it has formed.
