Forex Megadroid vs. Fap Turbo: What are the differences and similarities of these most sought Forex robots / expert advisors / automated trading systems?

In this Hub we will be discussing the differences and the similarities of these robots. We will try to be brief and don’t want to burden you with the useless fillers. Also, we will not be discussing the obvious where you could find from Forex forum or discussion group.

Forex Megadroid & Fap Turbo Fact Sheet:

STEALTH MODE: Both robots have the stealth mode that work in similar situation where the true target and stop loss levels are not shown. The purpose of this is to reduce and prevent stop loss hunting and price manipulation by unscrupulous brokers.

TWO STRATEGIES: Forex Megadroid has internal strategies built-in: Conservative and Aggressive; whereas, Fap Turbo has a clear two strategies shown on the setting parameters: Scalper and Long Term Trading.

GMT OFFSET: Both Forex Megadroid and Fap Turbo Robot have this important setting. If you set this incorrectly, you can get unexpected losses. Please be careful when you set this. Ask your broker if you are not sure. Don’t set this during the market closes because you will get inaccurate time. Remember to set these times again during daylight saving (summer / winter) time twice a year. Normally they fall in March and October.

AUTO GMT OFFSET: Only Forex Megadroid has Auto GMT Offset. Fap Turbo Robot might have this feature in their next update.

ACTIVATION: Forex Megadroid uses Clickbank id for activation. You only need to do this once. Fap Turbo Robot uses your account id and expert advisor id for activation.

EXPIRATION: Forex Megadroid offers no expiration (as of this writing). Fap Turbo robot needs updating every few months due to expiration.

UNLOCK: Forex Megadroid is not locked to one account. Multiple accounts are allowed as long as you have original Clickbank ID. Fap Turbo robot is locked to one account only. If you need to install on anothr account, you need to purchase additional license of Fap Turbo.

UNLIMITED LICENSES: Just like above statement, Forex Megadroid offers unlimited licenses while Fap Turbo allows only to one account per one license purchased.

SLIPPAGE SETTING: Both Forex robots offer this setting as you know it is not always possible to get the exact price. This setting specifies how far you are willing to accept or sacrifice in pips from the expected price. If the available price is not available and away from the slippage value, then the price will not be executed.

LOT SIZE ADJUSTMENT: This setting is typical for most of the commercial Forex robot.

RISK LEVEL: This setting is typical for most of the commercial Forex robot. You specify how much you are willing to risk based on your available balance.

RECOVERY MODE: Only Forex Megadroid has this. In the event of losing trade, the recovery mode will doubled the lot size for all trades until the loss has been recovered. However, “very important”, the use of Recovery Mode is a double edge swords if you have consecutive losses, there is a chance that a chunk of your capital will be wiped out. In theory, this is the way to recover the losses; however, in real live, there is a chance you might lose your capital. Please activate this mode with cautious. You have been warned.

BROKER PLEDGE BUSTER: Megadroid Robot has a unique built-in mechanism that allows it to be undetected by Forex brokers. Fap Turbo doesn’t have this feature. Most of the brokers know and aware of Fap Turbo. They are reluctant to approve the use of Fap Turbo because of the efficiency and profitability. Know your broker prior to funding your account.

FOREX ENGINE: Forex Megadroid uses Reverse Correlated Time and Price Analysis (RCTPA). Fap Turbo uses High Spread Protection System (HSPS) and Built In Loss Prevention (BILP).

CURENCY PAIRS: Forex Megadroid trades EUR/USD in 1 Hour time frame. Fap Turbo Robot trades EURGBP, EURCHF, USDCAD, GBPCHF (Scalper, 15 Min) and EURUSD (Long Term Trades).

REAL MONEY DEPOSITS: Forex Megadroid shows the snapshot of profit only. Fap Turbo reveals trades by trades in real time.

Update: Forex Megadroid has included a very detail performance report for both the past and current real live forward test on their website. This is what the audience would like to see. After all, they listen to us. Keep up the good work Droid! :-)

TRADE FRIDAY MODE: Forex Megadroid has built-in mechanism to disallow trades on Sunday and Friday. Fap Turbo allows the Friday trading mode to be turned on and off manually depending on the risk appetite of the trader.

PROFITS ON BACKTESTS: Forex Megadroid has a snapshot of profit year by year. Fap Turbo also has shown the profit year by year.

AUTOMATIC FOREX TRADING: Both system use MT4 platform to execute trades automatically as long as all the parameters are met.

MONEY MANAGEMENT: Both system have money management feature programmed in the software.

HIGH TRADING ACTIVITY: Forex Megadroid trades less than Fap Turbo.

HIGH SPREAD FILTER SETTING: Forex Megadroid doesn’t need this because most of the reputable Forex broker offers 2 pips spread for EURUSD. Fap Turbo has this setting in place for traders to manually specify the intended spread.

MULTI CURRENCIES: Forex Megadroid trades single currency pair EURUSD only. Fap Turbo Robot trades EURGBP, EURCHF, GBPCHF, USDCAD and EURUSD.

LOW DRAWDOWN: Both robots have a very drawdown. This is typical for scalping Forex robot.

Despite of all the differences and similarities between Forex Megadroid and Fap Turbo, the main obstacle is the broker. In the last few months, we encountered a very hostile environment for new and successful Expert Advisor to exist in. Many measures have been implemented by brokers to stop winning trades made by these robots. Therefore, no matter how smart your robot is, you need to choose the right broker.
