Forgiveness of Yourself!

I wanted to write a hub today about forgiveness of yourself and others. I feel so strongly about his topic that I made it one of my subjects on my video newsletter at www.you-are-fabulous.com. See Below.

In these days of extreme hardship many people will start to get down on themselves. They will start nitpicking everything they do as not right. They have this attitude of "I am failing in life so I must be a loser." I can't pay the bills this month so I must be a bad person. I have to go on food stamps so I must be a bad caregiver to my family. And you go on, and on and on!

Then you start getting so depressed and angry you start to take it out on others. All of sudden you are in a deep panic and can't see the light of day.

I am here to tell you that everything in your life is the path you are suppose to be on right now! That is right. You are suppose to go through these hard times. Why? So you can learn! The entire reason you are here is to learn, learn, learn. Now if everything was rosy, peachy and perfect you wouldn't be learning anything and you wouldn't be helping your soul acquire vital information on your path of ascension. It is that easy!

Now, just because you are going through rough times doesn't mean you have to become a basket case. Quite the opposite. This is a testing time to get you to have faith, positivity, and love every second of every day no matter what the circumstance. Why? Because GOD is using you to help others get through their rough times. How great is that!

So, the first thing you need to do is be thankful to God! Thankful you have a roof over your head. Thankful you have clean water. Thankful you were able to eat peanut butter and jelly today. Thankful that the sun was out today. Thankful you could take a walk today. Thankful you could meditate and pray today. Thankful you could see the sunset today.

And then you need to forgive yourself for any wrong doing you supposedly did to yourself or others. We are meant to make mistakes so we can learn! So I hope you are making mistakes every step of the way. And I hope you are telling yourself "It IS OKAY TO MAKE MISTAKES, FOR I AM LEARING HOW TO BECOME A BETTER SPIRITUAL BEING"!

Forgive yourself for yelling at the kids. Forgive yourself for eating that cookie on your diet. Forgive yourself for calling yourself bad names. And forgive your family, friends, neighbors, enemies, and everyone else for whatever harm you think they have done to you. If you don't forgive the hatred, the bad thoughts, and the ugliness will eat you alive until you do.

Just remember, you are a spiritual being living a human existence.

Namaste,

Amy

Wonderful to forgive yourself and others. Unless you learn not to blame God for allowing such disasters to happen to you, but disasters happen to all men and you are no exception. Forgive yourself for you are human, and ask for forgiveness from those you have wronged. Start the day with a new slate and learn to be content with your life. God bless.
