I remember years ago when McDonald´s began selling their business model as a franchise. The price for the early McDonald's franchises were inexpensive compared to what they cost today. McDonald's are all over the world. Those people that jumped on the band wagon early got in cheap and are super wealthy today. Those people had the ability to see into the future with intuition that led them to make the correct decision.

What kind of criteria do these people use when making a decision whether or not to buy into a franchise opportunity? Is the ability to think on multiple levels and see the success of the business model as a matrix? Perhaps it is the advertising and marketing package the company uses to advertise and sell its goods. Or is it the ability to have a broad experiential overview of a niche market and make a decision based on that information.
