First let me say: Yes it is really possible to get access to arrest records online from your own home - it is just that there are so many sites out there that don't keep what they promise: There is no such thing as "free arrest records". There are sites that say it's free but when you want to access them it is not.

The initial search of the arrest records is free. But when arrest records are found, you are asked to pay a fee to view them.
