The Top 2 Free Diet Plans

I would not recommend quick weight loss to anyone because it is not a really healthy way to lose weight. But if you are in a hurry, here are some free diet plans that are guaranteed to make you lose 10-15 pounds in less than a month.

Free diet plan #1

This diet alters your metabolism with the help of a chemical process. For it to work, you must follow it closely. This diet requires quite a bit of discipline.

One word of caution: This diet is not for you if you are serious about long term weight loss. For that, there is a better and more effective diet. You can read about it here [link].

Day 1:

Breakfast: 1 toast without butter, 2 tsp peanut butter, half grapefruit

Lunch: 1 toast and 5 fl oz tuna

Dinner: 1 small apple, 10 fl oz vanilla ice cream, 3 oz beef, 10 fl oz green beans.

Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 toast, half banana, 1 hardboiled egg

Lunch: 2 salty crackers, 10 fl oz Cottage cheese

Dinner: 5 fl oz carrots, 5 fl oz banana, 2 hot dogs, 10 fl oz broccoli, 5 fl oz vanilla ice cream

Day 3:

Breakfast: 1 toast and 1 hardboiled egg

Lunch: 1 small apple, 5 cheddar cheese, 5 salty crackers

Dinner: 10 fl oz cauliflower, 5 fl oz honey melon, 5 fl oz vanilla ice cream, 10 fl oz beetroot.

From the fourth day, you will eat as usual for 4 days. Follow this up with 3 days of diet. Use this diet for as long as you wish.

Free diet plan #2

The soup diet: Make a soup with 6 onions, 4 carrots, 1 head of cabbage, 1 celery, 2 green paprikas. Add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes. You may have as much soup as you wish every day. Drink plenty of water. On day 1, you may eat as much fruit as you wish except bananas. On day 2, eat as much veggies as you can, except potatoes, beans and peas. On day 3, you may eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want except those that you must not eat. On day 4, eat 5-7 bananas and drink 5-7 glasses of skimmed milk. On day 5, eat 6 tomatoes and half a pound of beef. On day 6, eat as much beef and vegetables as you like. On day 7, eat as much vegetables and rice. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the week.

I recommend these weight loss plans because they vary your metabolism. Use them if you want to get into a tight pair of jeans next month. But remember, restrictive diets only crash your efforts to lose weight. The moment you are off the diet, you put on all the weight you lost.
