I have a question about small business and tax income:
I have a small business and have been in operation for about 6 months. I have started helping customers and sold a few products BUT it looks like I will take a loss this tax year. Currently I am a Sole Proprietor and I am wondering if I should change to S Corporation or C Corporation? I want to get as much money back as I can (of course! :)
