We all know that there are literally thousands of foreclosures in any major metro area. That is where you make the real money in real estate investing. Learning how to quickly & easily put a system in place that will not only give you information on pre-foreclosures leads with struggling homeowners, but also recently abandoned properties will put you in a position to make huge money before your competition even knows about them.

Once a foreclosure property has been through auction, almost every investor has knowledge of it and competition is heavy. You need to get there first, before they go through auction, before the competition is ready to bid on it, that’s where you make your biggest profits because the offers on that property are fewer and the chance to be creative in your financing is the greatest!

Even though there are expensive services out there that will put you on an email list for pre-foreclosures and foreclosure properties, that list may have hundreds of other real estate investors in your area. I have used these lists & they are worth the money, but I recommend setting up your own system to get fresh leads daily from other sources. The right system in place will generate huge amounts foreclosure leads daily so you can pick and choose from the true diamonds in the market.
