"Can you translate this for me?" Is a question I often get from my Spanish, Korean, and Thai students. My knowledge of those languages is limited because most of my spare time is spent writing and studying a foreign language. I know just enough to get by. But still, I get language translation questions from my students. Although I cannot always help my students directly, I often point them in the direction of several websites that can offer substantial help.

One of the language translation websites, which translates English to Thai, Thai to English, Spanish to English and Korean to English and vice verse is SDL Freelanguage translation.com. The link to that website appears just below this writing. SDL features services such as translating web pages into a selected language, human translation, and typed text translation. I just translated one of my new Spanish student's email from Spanish to English then responded to her by typing my return message to her in Spanish after having SDL's free language translation service. Now I have a new Spanish English language student. The language divide crossed in just a matter of seconds. Incredible!

Another great site for language translation is the Google Translator. The link to the Google Translator is also in a link just at the bottom of this page. Using these translation tools can help expand a small or large companies online business whether it involves construction, advice, sales, or other business function where international business may be concerned. Also, if you are fluent in two or more languages you can set up your own HubPage advertising your service and profit online. As the world gets smaller, the need for international translation will continue to grow.
