Where do you find free leads? What kind of leads are you looking for? Are you promoting an income opportunity? Do you sell affiliate products and want marketer leads? These are the first questions you must answer.
A lead company may offer leads but will they fit what you sell and where you sell it? If you promote an income opportunity like I do I can refer you to a source that provides all the free business opportunity leads you want.
If you market on the Internet and through emails and phone calls, where do you find good leads? Nowadays, it's just a matter of finding them on the Internet. People on the Internet are involved in their business.
Many "newbies" may not have much of a presence on the Internet and are often found using "free" classified ads. Do these work? The people that are making this kind of service work are the people who find new ads and then use the service to try and email the "newbie" who advertised.
In other words, people end up being contacted, not to join the newbie in his biz opp, but to try and recruit him into theirs. It's enough to make any newbie want to quit. People are limited on resources, both financially and what to use to get the word out about their new opportunity. What can newbies do?
Two easy places to get the word out about you and your income opportunity is through an article, like this one on Hub pages or through other Article Directories. You can also make posts in a blog or videos in a vlog about you and your business. If your opportunity is new, the Search Engines will find it and your "free" organic listing will get traffic and possible sign ups.
In other cases, you want to write an article that appeals to a lot more people and has good enough content for the Search Engines to want to use. For example, I wrote some articles on Squidoo about Income Opportunities. When people type income opportunities into a Yahoo search bar, that link of mine shows up on the first page out of 187 million links. Naturally I get a good amount of traffic from it.
It has also been suggested to use Social Networks, Forums and Groups to find leads. However, in this case it's not about finding "leads", it's more about building a relationship with people. Therefore, you must go to the right places to find the right people.
As an example, a Social Network I joined is called Giblink. It stands for Global Internet Business Link. It is made up of other business owners, internet and network marketers and affiliate marketers. I can email them, create ads or blogs or use my profile to market to them. So this is the right ?Social Network for my kind of prospect.
One key point I'd like to share with you is that put whatever you're looking for into a Search Bar and see where it takes you. In many cases, it leads you to what you need to know or where to find it. So try "free leads", try "free biz opp leads", try "find network marketers", whatever you can think of that gets you on track to what you're looking for.
