Free Online Games

There are plenty of free online game websites out there, some of them are great, some of them no so good. I have three children who regularly like to play games online and as a result we have between us managed to work out what the best free online game websites are so we've decided to list them and give a quick overview here.

This is a fairly new one which I stumbled upon, which still seems to be under construction. It is basically a collection of online flash games compiled from other websites. There are also currently a couple of freeware downloads.

miniclip.com

This has to be one of the best with literally hundreds and hundreds of free online games in over twenty different categories. The best thing about miniclip.com is that you can copy the html code for the game and paste it on your website so your users can play it.

realarcade.com

This is another excellent website that offers a free download of the real arcade which enables you to play over five hundred and fifty free online games in every category aswell as download fully playable demos set with a time limit.

bubblebox.com

Aswell as having the privelige of playing online games for free, bubblebox also offer the files for download so that you can host the games directly on your site. Simply marvellous! This is a great site for children though it does contain a lot of adverts.

gamegecko.com

This is a nice simple website to use which is great for children. It contains many free online flash games in several different categories including games like sonic the hedgehog and who wants to be a millionaire.

aracdeshack.com

This has to be my favourite one with free games upon games upon games. It contains some great games for children and some really funny games too! There are also some hilarious cartoons, animations and videos on this site.

This is a great clean looking easy to use website which claims to offer over nine hundred free game downloads aswell as the option to be able to play for free online, offering free games like ww2 pacific heroes.
