Free radicals

Our body is a giant laboratory where numerous chemical reactions are taking place, and as you know with every chemical industry there are some byproducts, our body generates some byproducts too. many of these are harmless and some are harmful.Body captures and converts the harmful byproducts into harmless chemicals usually, but there are some byproducts those escape these defensive procedure and roams freely in the body. as they are generated from chemical reactions, they have high energy with which they can attack normal healthy elements of our body.In the attack, they reproduce themselves, i.e. freeradicals produce more freeradicals after they collide with normal body elements, which further damages the body parts

Freeradicals are said to be one of the major aging factors, as well as responsible for several other diseases including atherosclerosis, angina,stroke.


Antioxidants-free radical busters

Free radicals escape defensive chemical reactions in the body, so they need to be captured for good. Antioxidants play that role. these are chemicals that react and bind with freeradicals, neutralizing their destructive power. the most powerful antioxidants are said to be vitamin-E, vitamin-C, vitamin-. these vitamins can protect you against the nasty attack of freeradicals.
