Update - Paretologic made changes to their site since the creation of these screen shots. Although the spyware software is still really good, the screenshots no longer are the same. Feel free to still download and install their software which is called XoftSpySE. I will be creating a new tutorial in the near future.

Free Spyware Downloads - Paretologic Anti-Spyware

You never know when you're going to be infected with spyware. One minute you're online and everything is fine, the next you're getting popups galore.

I know... I've been there. There's nothing worse than getting spyware on your system and cleaning it can be a pain. The good news is that there are plenty of software available.

Some free, some paid. Today I'm going to show you how to install the free version of ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware.

The first thing you need to do it head over to ParetoLogic's site (click here) and download the file.

Once there scroll down about half way down the page and look for ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware which should look similar to the screenshot below. Found it? Good.

You can go ahead and just buy it now by clicking on the Buy Now button, but if you wanted to give it a try first, click the download button instead.

Once you click the download button you should be prompted to either run or save the file. If you're not sure, just click run.

Ok, the file should be downloading now. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection this may take a few minutes.

Once the file is downloaded you should be prompted again to confirm that you want to run the software.

Go ahead and click run now if you want to start the installation.

Within a few second the Anti-Spyware Setup Wizard should load on your screen. As soon as it's ready, go ahead and click Next.

Now take a few minutes to read over the license agreement which outlines how the software is to be used, what information is (or not) collected, your rights, and so on.

If you agree with the terms, click "I Agree" to continue.

Now you're required to choose where to install the spyware software. Unless you have a reason to change this, I would recommend to just keep it the same.

The installation is setup to install it in the default program files directory.

Sit back and relax now as the program is being installed. This should only take a few minutes.

Congratulations, you have successfully installed your free spyware download.

ParetoLogic's Anti-Spyware is now installed on your computer.

Click finish to finalize the installation and run the program.

You're now done. With any new spyware software, I recommend running a full scan of your system.
