A few months back, I decided to try setting up my own website. I already know how to create a blog using a blogger service like blogspot.com. I wanted to test my ability. Am I smart enough to actually be able to run my own website, with my own domain name?

If you are not paying 00webhost and they are not putting adverts on the site how are they making money?
The risk is that their business model is flawed and they will vanish in a little while.
It is possible to host your website on your own machine but this has too many risks and will not be free.
