I used to do a field work for a phone company, and while out there waiting, I surf the net to kill time. I dot do dial up since that was too slow. What I am doing is go into a residential nieghborhood and fire up the wireless NIC. Although this act has some ethical legalities, it is comparable to the chicken-egg story. Its like file sharing, no one will download if no one shares.
