Vegas is an amazing place, and there are always astounding deals on practically everything, to suit all types of visitors! That place is like a dream ...
circus circus is a dump. Orleans is not bad but 1.5 miles west of strip. Texas Station is way way out on the north side. Not good place for Tourists. Most Station Casinos are outside the popular areas. Excalibur is only one you list on the stip. Its' okay but nothing great.
MGM Lions are always sleeping but little kids like them. Bellagio fountains are good to see once in day and once in night. And Botanical Gardens can get really crowded. Here is list of more activites for families http://www.kidsinvegas.com/category/activities as most family stuff is free.
Vegas has some good stuff to do but most of it is not free. But is getting much cheaper here.
Viator is not very good place... bad service, just a broker middleman. Try Pink Jeep Tours or Grand Canyon Tour Company.
Good to hear from others and their experiences. I suppose a lot of it depends on why you are going to Vegas and what you hope to get out of it.
