This is an open offer to hubbers who are dedicated to making money online. I own quite a number of domain names that I have set up with Wordpress blogs. These blogs are sitting out there published with no content on them to speak of and there is no way that I could ever have enough time to post to all of these blogs. All of these domain names are with dot com addresses and are nice simple short names. I have all of these as leftovers from a time when I was selling domain names and decided to just hold on to some of them for my personal use. Most do not have any PR because they are sitting there with no content, but quite a few have some decent type in traffic each month.

Why would I be offering these domains to other hubbers? Well obviously I get something in return or it wouldn't be worth my while. What I want is the links that I have on the blog rolls to stay in place; they are not affiliate links, just links to some of my other sites. If the blogs are built up then the links become more are more valuable to me. So for the little amount of money that it cost me to host and maintain these blogs they are worth far more if they are being publicized and used.

What you will get is full access to the blog of your choice, and of course I can change the theme to whatever you would like to have as your theme. You get to monetize the blog however you see fit and retain all of the profits you generate from the blog. Your own dot com address that you can claim as your own, publicize, link to, and use as you see fit with just a few regulations. This is a pretty nice offer for people who want to start their own blog but don't know how to get started or just don't have the money to get started. I pay all the registration costs for the domain name and all of the hosting costs to keep the site up, and you get to profit from having your own blog.

The people, who I would like to extend this offer to, are people who would like to use the blog to publicize themselves, or someone who just wants a personal blog to use as a place to write about the things they like and love. I wouldn't mind someone who would like to use the blogs as an affiliate marketing site for specific products. What I would not give these blogs up for is for someone who wants to use them for anything that has to do with multi-level marketing, or anything that makes promises to people that says it will make them rich, wealthy, or any other such scam. You are free to do as much multi-level marketing as you like but not from one of these blogs. These blogs will not be offered to any scammers or spammers. Feel free to use your own site to spam and scam but I don't want any part of it.

If you are selected you get total access to the blog for as long as you choose to maintain and keep it up. If for any reason you decide to stop using it then all of the content should remain on the site and you can just let me know that you no longer want to utilize the site and I will offer it to someone else. The next person will be able to change any affiliate links that the first put on the site to include their own affiliate code, and take over where the first person left off. The truth is that 99% of all blogs that are started will not last 1 year because the original blogger gets bored or frustrated with it and gives up. It happens I know it and its okay I understand the frustrations of making money online, I also know that sometimes life gets in the way of people being able to do what they really want to do. People have other responsibilities that they have to take care of so they put off things that are easily neglected to take care of more important things. No one will hold it against you if you decide to turn the site back over, and if things change and you want to come back and try again later then the offer may still be open to you.

Alright sounds too good to be true doesn't it. Or maybe it doesn't because it could feel like something that is out of your total control. The only recourse you could have if you felt that I somehow took advantage of you or did you wrong would be to come back here to hubpages and completely trash my reputation. I work hard to provide good information to people with no strings attached, and my reputation means everything to me. If I thought for one second that this offer would do anything other than continue to build my reputation as someone who is willing to help others then I wouldn't be making this offer at all. I have no intention of taking over a site you have built, or in any way subverting your efforts to build a great site. I will gain from making this offer, both in reputation and in links. Two very specific sites that I may be open to partnering in: Dirthome.com (environmental issues has content and lots of traffic already) Griped.com (great name only one article up but some type in traffic) These two sites would have to be partnered with people who would be dedicated to making them great. I would continue to write posts and promote the sites.

Lastly, please don't ask me to help promote the site when you are just getting started, I don't have time to waste if they are just going to be eventually neglected. After you have been putting up content for at least four months I will consider helping with site promotion to help build value in the links I have on the sites. Again no spammers, scammers, porn, or profanity.
