Hi Maddie,

Ed here from The IBS Recovery Center. Aside from your baked goods recipes, I think the rest sound delicious and even helpful for IBS.

One suggestion I would make that's very elementary. AQ breakfast (a main morning 'get-up-and -go) within 30 minutes from waking up. I daily eat a large bowl of oatmeal mixed with ground flax seeds and prune, apricots, and even coconut oil for pain.

This will really please thje tummy despite its boring image....but it works magic.

Thanksd for all your info here which I am still investigating! Have been a Weight Watchers member since January and have lost 25 pounds so far so this is really useful!
