This game is a full feature flight simulator. You can fly more than 30 types of air planes. Play modes include dog fight, ground attack and formation leader, taking off and landing on an aircraft carrier, cross wind landing and many more. YS Flight Simulator also offers network play.

The graphics does not look as good as recent flight simulators, but YSFLIGHT does not require you to have the most expensive hardware, you also don´t have to worry about the speed of your PC when you play over the network. But to be honest you could play Microsoft Flight Simulator with even lower system requirements, with better graphics.

YS Flight has no pre programmed flights, but you can easyily create your own flights. You can select to take off from an aircraft carrier and go in to close dog fights.Even better is when you choose to play in a network. Then you can dogfight against friends or even enemies.

I think that the developers have done a good job in making the planes as diverse as possible and You really notice that you are flying one of the largest bombers in the world when you take the B52 for a whirl.

There are a number of aircrafts in the game. Besides the regular US and Russian fighter aircrafts you also have passenger jets,like the Boeing 747. You can also try flying the heavy US B-52 bomber, the Swedish fighter jet Viggen, Concorde and many other planes.

Like most other flight simulators, you can change viewpoint while flying. You can watch your airplane from outside, from the opponent airplane's view, missile view, etc. When you watch from the outside, you will see the motion of the landing gear and rotation of the propellerif your flying a propeller airplane....Controlling the aircrafts is a bit different from other stimulators. As default you can control the aircrafts using the mouse, which works pretty much as a joystick and is quite a good solution. You can also choose to use the keyboard if you want to, but I find the mouse is more precise.

What I like about YS Flight 2000 is mainly the many different planes that you can try and the diversity of the missions that can be created and is a very addictive game for everyone and its available to download free!! what more can you ask for.
