Frogdropping. An exclusive. At least that's what I was told...
69I recently had the luxury of sitting down with one of HubPages most enigmatic, most entertaining, most outspoken hubbers - Frogdropping. I was given an exclusive interview, or at least that's what I was told by the frog, and am presenting it to you, unedited for your enjoyment.
So, put on your boots and grab your shovel...It's time to talk to Frogdropping.

A few questions....
Janetta: So,first of all, what exactly should I call you? Frogdropping? F. Dropping? Froggy D.? Or perhaps just 'The Frog'?
Frogdropping : I prefer something a bit more befitting. To my role in life. And to the world. 'Your Worshipfullness' should cover all bases. Though for the sake of ease - and because I'm completely aware of your inability to spell correctly, you may call me FD. Just this once.
J : Right, well, FD, let's start with what do you like to do for fun?
FD: I mind my business. How about you minding yours?
J: Okaaayyyy, I guess we'll move on. Can you tell us why you decided to join HubPages?
FD: It was an accident. I thought it said Pub Pages. I was surfing for a great online pub community. I was tricked. *wanders off and kicks the cat *
J: You've become quite famous for your hubs about Dragons and their downfalls as pets. Where exactly did the idea for 'Kevin' come from?
FD: Kevin is not an idea. More's the pity. He's alive and well. If only he was the opposite. As in dead and buried. Life would be so much simpler. Not to mention less filled with gas. Janitor - do you think there's a chance he'll read this? I do hope so.
J: Um... it's Janetta actually. And I'm pretty sure no one will read this. But, moving on, what is your favorite food?
FD: Vodka.
J: Ok, that's not really a food, but I guess we'll take it. Your gender/age was quite the hot topic recently. What do you have to say about the issue now?
FD: Well, first of all, Jacintha, it is a food. It's a potato. Just becasue it comes in a bottle and is fermented doesn't change the fact that it's a potato.
J: Right. Like I said, though, it's Janetta.
FD: Sure, whatever. As for the age/ gender issue, I wasn't aware it was an issue. Just thought I did a good job of hiding my identity. You wouldn't want to see the real me anyhow...I'm as big as a house and drop dead ugly. The question wouldn't be so much 'male or female?' as "what is that??'
J: Ok then, next question...What do you like to do in your spare time? When you're not writing of course?
FD: Play with string.
J: That's it? Play with string?? That's kind of a weird hobby for a frog don't you think?
FD: Why? Cat's do it. Why not frogs? Who gave cats the monopoly on string?
J: Ok. I guess you have a point there. So, when you're not busy playing with string, do you enjoy writing?
FD: Well, it's a means to an end. I mean, a frog's got to do something with her time, right?? It's not all about pond life, Jawidga. Looking at your writing, I'd say you know what I'm talking about. *nudges J-a little too roughly* Well, on second thought, maybe you don't. I think you've got a bit of a fetish for Holloywood wimmin, don't you?
J: Well, again, it's Janet-
FD: Oh just admit it. You do.
J: No, I don't have a fetish. I just-
FD: Next question.
J: Fine. How do you explain how you managed to reach a 100 hubscore, more than once, and gain over 170 fans in only 6 weeks at HP?
FD: I can't explain it. Even if I could, I still wouldn't. I'm all for me and me for all. As for the fans, well...I'm assuming maybe they think I'm some sort of leader. *laughs loudly* The only place I'll be leading them is astray.
J: So, I see you won't be sharing any secrets with us. I saw a forum post you made once, asking that no more fans join your fan club. I'm wondering..how do you feel about your fans?
FD: I think they look great nailed to the wall. I've got a great collection now. I started in the lounge and they cover half the apartment. I put my least favorite in the bathroom.
J: Oh, well remind me to never get on your bad side...ha ha ha. So, we've seen how many hubbers favor you, though I am beginning to wonder why at this point, and you've mentioned least faves, so does that mean you have some favorites yourself?
FD: To be honest, I don't think I should have favorites. It causes angst and jealousy. However Joletta, that's you and this is about me, so yes, I do have favorites. I quite like RooBee. She's kinda pretty and great around the apartment. A bit like a nice smelling air freshener. Another is Cris A. Smokes like a chimney and drinks coffee like a navvy-and he doesn't apologize for it either. Shiba is another I think of as a favorite. She likes animal training. I left her Kevin in my will. G|M's quite cool, though I'm not sure if he's you know...square in the head. Apparently he's in to body sharing. Weird.
J: Hmmm... ok. Let's move on. Where do you see yourself ten years from now?
FD: These are your questions? This is what you're asking me? I see myself ten years older, Jessica. I think next time you might want to spend more time thinking up questions.
J: Ok, listen here Frog...for the last time, my name is Janetta. Not Joletta, not Jessica, JANETTA. J-A-N-E-T-T-A, Janetta.
FD: yeah, yeah, yeah. You got any more questions or what?
J: Alright, fine. Last question. What advice would you give to new hubbers just joining HubPages?
FD: Seen as though it's Sunday and I've had a nice lunch, and I'm in a good mood, I guess I'll oblige. I'd say...don't think up your hubname unless your sober. Lickylips may sound funny at 3 a.m. on a Saturday morning, but, trust me, when you're sober, it's not quite so funny. And you're stuck with it. Right, Juanita *chuckles* Seriously - who does your hair?
J: *sighs* Yes, well, thank you Frogdropping. You have given us a lot to digest here. Thanks for stopping by everyone and join me next time when I interview...Ah screw it! *throws microphone across floor and stomps out of room* I am NEVER doing this again!

I suppose this hub could be appropriate for hubbers of all ages. It is educational, and there is some biology and chemistry hidden in there too!! Frog dissection and all that :)
