Fun Spiritual Exercise for Overcoming Family Drama
59
Washing Apples Exercise
Situation:
A woman found herself experiencing extreme drama involving relatives, small children, drugs, authorities, angry parents. She wanted to help, especially for the sake of the kids, but wasn't directly involved. She felt helpless, wanting to do something, while at the same time not wanting to be affected by the drama.
Assessment:
If you're in a similar situation, it's important to recognize that each person has something different invested in this situation. Some of this situation may be part of each person's valuable learning experience.
What you can do is remove some interference so they can experience as closely as possible what they wish to experience. In the below healing you may notice that some people wish to keep some obstacles. This is good information for you. It will help you not to try to fix something they don't wish fixed.
To keep it simple and to help you retain your energy in your own space, and in the name of "fun" you might try the "pincushion healing" or as I like to call it: "washing apples."
Game:
You can either use real apples, pincushions, or anything round. You can also just use energy balls.
1. Select your round item. Put as many pins in the pincushion as you believe there are cords. Or, you can cover the apples in dirt or peanut butter or whatever. Or you can just create a ball of energy in your hands that represent one person. Allow the energy ball to be covered in the energy that is actually attached to the person affecting their behavior.
2. With your hands remove pins/wash the energy or stuff. Go slowly, enjoying the process of removing foreign energy from that person's space. Allow the same energy to release out of your space.
3. Let neutral gold energy (the energy of God or the cosmos) to flow through your hands to smooth the surface of the item/ball, and replenish that person's life force so they have the best chance possible to make the decisions they wish to.
