These are not your everyday Gift Ideas

In the everyday world it appears that guys always seem to get the same old tired presents. If they happen to be Dads they are double stuck with those colognes and ties that they used to buy for their paternal parent.

Times have changed and there are tons of options on the market from small priced Items that even children or someone on a tight budget can purchase to luxury toys for big boys.

Here are a few Ideas for different types of men. I hope you will enjoy them and can use at least one of two of the Ideas.

Dad, I thought of you today!

This is a great idea that costs very little, but is not your usual gift you would receive from a child. If your Guy is the best ever Barbecue Genius in the Neighborhood and you and your kid know it, why not have your child create an artwork or write a poem about the genius of Dad's Barbecue. There are several companies on the Internet - cafepress is one of them- that allows you to create your own products with images and text you have created. Place this Picture/Poem on a Mug, Apron or Shirt. You can purchase the newly created Product and have it send to your husband. This can run anywhere from $9.00 on up plus shipping and handling.

For the sports fanatic!

Find your guys favorite Sport and Team and then put together a great sports getaway for him. Make sure you actually take some interest in his sport. Let him explain what is so great and ask questions that you would really like answered. You may find that soon this will be a combined hobby. My husband loves NHRA and he got me hooked on it now too. For him, I make certain to purchase a weekend Ticket everytime the NHRA comes to town, which is twice a Year. This includes having some money set aside for a new T-Shirt from his favorite Racing Team and his favorite Ice-Cream. I make all the arrangements and have a nice lunchbox filled with drinks and goodies. I am right there with him and cheer his Team.

For a PC Gamer!

Keep up with his favorite Games and purchases the newest Game hitting the Market which you know he would enjoy. Games run anywhere from $19.99 on up. Make sure you know which one he really wants and surprise him with a copy as soon as it comes out. If you are not sure which ones he would like, you can always buy a Gift Card to his favorite Game Store and put it in a loving Greeting Card. Want to make it even greater? Join in ones in a while. When I am not swamped with work, I make a point of gaming with my husband at least once every couple of weeks.

Massage the Guy!

Set up a nice evening with Candles, Incense and a nice bottle of wine. Some relaxing music and you in sexy lingerie. Buy a book that teaches you how to give massages and ask him to be your ";victim";. I bet he won't need much pushing.

His favorite Meal and a nice long .....

This is a family site, but the point is that you feed both of his urges. A well fed guy is a happy guy, so why not cook him his favorite meal, have a sitter lined up if you have kids and you are desert. Remember however, tonight is all about his wants and needs.

A great Car Stereo

If you have access to his car, why not have an audio company install a great Stereo for him. Make sure that you add a selection of his favorite CD's in a specialized box near him.

A big Screen TV

or some other out of this world gadget he can brag about to his friends. When the new PSP first came out, I made sure my husband had one for Father's Day. He could not brag enough about it to his friends. He got this from his wife!

Guys are really not that hard to buy for. Remember, we are still little girls at heart and somewhere in there is still a little boy that likes to play. Give him the toys he enjoys.

If he treats you like a special lady, don't you think he deserves to be treated like a King once in a while?
