Copper is an essential trace mineral in humans, among the function of copper is it helps to release energy, helps in melanin production in the skin, helps in the production of red blood cells and aid in the absorption and transport of iron.

Excessive intakes of zinc, ascorbic acid, iron and fiber interfere with the bioavailability of copper.

Symptoms of Deficiency :
