The pituitary gland, or as it is known to medical science 'the squishy thing in the brain' is very important for regulating bodily processes, such as : --temperature of your eyeballs during a rainstorm --the length of your eyelashes --the number of teeth you have that are interchangeable --the number of hangnails you will acquire in your lifetime.

The pituitary gland was first discovered when one fell out of Geoff Packard's brain in 1918 when he was playing cricket in Ryslip Manor.

He picked it up and had a doctor reinstall it, but ever afterwards, Geoff could not say the word 'popcorn' without giggling.

The pituitary gland should never be removed without a signed authorization from the Board of Health in your local county. If you want to take it out yourself, you must first pass a test proving you can play the harmonica by blowing through it with your nose.

Some children are born without pituitary glands and their parents have subsequently to purchase one from a vendor found in most urban areas, next to the vendor selling hotdogs.

If you wish to know more about your pituitary gland, I suggest you visit my cousin Albert Slanty who has several movies and slide-shows he can show you on the subject. Albert has an unnatural interest in pituitary glands so be forewarned--he will talk your head off, and if you give him a chance, will try to pull your socks off without your consent.
