OK, we have all been there, done that with the home improvement guy that can't even park at your home right, let alone hardly change a light bulb. Know who I mean?

I'm not talking about those guys with the nice white vans with their company logos on them and the crisp, clean uniforms with their names on the pockets who arrive handing you their business cards. Not the guys who arrive with clip boards, task / note lists to check off, a handy quote form ready to leave with you and / or toolbox or other home improvement products in hand to get started.

No, I'm talking about the guys wearing their pants low, too low. These guys...

• 1) Arrive at your home someone after their estimated time of arrival having no sense of direction or time.

• 2) Are generally sloppy and ok...smell....

• 3) Haven't seen a bar of soap for awhile...

• 4) Scare the wife, kids...even dog....

• 5) May have a hammer or other tool in hand when you open the door...

• 6) Chew gum, cracking bubbles...jotting notes on scrap paper...IF they can write....
