Intention is Everything

Before you read this hub, you should read How To Read Your Own Human Energy Field. It's really important you understand the technique and that's the instructional hub.

OK, since everything is energy and energy contains information kind of like a TV signal carries a program, how do you tune your internal receiver to the right channel? Its pretty simple. Your intention is the tuner.

So, if you are using the muscle testing technique to see if you resonate with a particular brand of vitamins, just say to yourself, "Now I am testing for resonance or dissonance with this particular brand of vitamins." Then do the muscle test. Bingo! You tuned yourself in to the vibrational information in the vitamins. Is this easy or easy?

But what do you do to find out if those vitamins resonate with your friend Bob. Its easy! Get them to hold the vitamins and say to yourself, "Now I am testing to see how the vitamins test with Bob." Then do the muscle test. Bingo! now you are testing Bob's resonance.

Now it's easy to understand why it's important to have faith in the technique. If you don't have faith, your intention will be lousy, and you won't get results. It's that simple.

Testing Protocols

Testing Protocols are structured ways to direct your intention to the solution of particular problems. Let me give you an example.

Suppose you are testing several different brands of multi-vitamins and you get consistent tests of dissonance. What's the problem? Vitamins should be good for you, right?

Well, the fact is that you might have a problem with a particular vitamin, say vitamin A, that is typically found in a multi-vitamin formula. So, that yields a very simple testing protocol. Test the multi for resonance or dissonance. If you get dissonance then look at the label and test for each individual vitamin. So you would say, "Now I am testing for vitamin B1." Then do the muscle test. Then say, "Now I am testing for vitamin A." and do the muslce test again. That's a simple protocol. Keep going through all the ingredients and find the specific ones that you are dissonant with. Its that easy!

Now suppose you are dissonant with vitamin A. You might not resonate with the dosage of vitamin A. For example, 10,000 IU is a common dosage. You can determine your proper dosage by muscle testing. Set your intention by saying, "I am testing for 1,000 IU of vitamin A." If that resonates, then move it up a notch to 2,000 IU and test again. Keep doing that until you no longer test for resonance. Let's say you test 7,000 IU and it's dissonant. Then try 6,500 IU. In this way you can zero in on the proper dosage for you. Another simple protocol.

Advanced Protocols

I will review some additional protocols in other hubs. Or you can check out Energetics Institute to learn even more.

... but let me give you a very powerful technique. What if you have two vitamins that both resonate with you. How do you know which is better. It's simple using another protocol. Create a mental imaginary scale of 0 to 100. You can think of this as a percentage. Test the first vitamin for 10%, 20%, 30% by saying, "This vitamin will benefit me by 10%." Do the muscle test and go to the next level until you test with a dissonance result. Then do the same thing with the other vitamin. The vitamin that tested with a higher number before it hit dissonance is the one for you.

One last note. A lot of people call setting your intention as "Asking a Question". A lot of chiropractors will disagree, but I think that is really sloppy technique. It is important that you keep focused on the fact that you are testing resonance or dissonance and that you are setting intention to do that test. The fact is, you can just say "Vitamin A" and that will properly set your intention. There is no question being asked.
