Lulu shows the threatening note to Spinelli and Maxi. They believe that it is real, but Lulu is convinced that she wrote the note herself. Maxi and Spinelli then activate their plan to break Lulu out of Shadybrook, but their plan backfires when Spinelli is mistaken for a patient, then locked up in a padded room.

Nadine and Nicholas attempt to get up close and personal, but Carlye walks in and interrupts. Nadine assumes that Caryle wants Nicholas in a romantic way and gets upset.

Robin and Patrick discuss the upcoming delivery of their baby. Due to Robin's HIV status, Patrick wants her to have a C-Section.

Ric and Sonny discuss Jason and what he has taken from Sonny. Ric tells Sonny that maybe Jason WANTS Sonny to go after Karpov and get himself killed. He then plants a seed that Sonny should find someone else to get THEIR hands dirty so that Sonny wins all the way around.

Carlye has big fun while Nicholas runs around half-naked looking for a shirt that Carlye is hiding. Jax stops by Windamere to inform Carlye and Nicholas that he will file a court order in order to stop their business deal if he has to.

Knowing that Andre Karpov is about to leave the country, Sonny asks Jason one last time to return his organization to him or to help him kill Karpov. Sonny threatens to go to the Zachara's if Jason won't help. Jason points out that Karpov may not have shot Kate, and then again refuses to help Sonny.

Tracy and Luke are ready to return to Port Charles but are prevented from doing so because Edward can't get the charges against Luke dropped. Meanwhile, Luke has to keep the foreign officials off of his back as well.

Alexis walks into Sam's apartment just in time to see Sam and Jerry kissing in the hot tub.

Nadine has a quick flashback of Jerry injecting her with a mystery drug, but she can't remember, nor make any sense of it.

Sonny goes to Anthony Zachara and agrees to run his organization.
