Sonny Corinthos is in position to kill the russian gangster, Andre Karpov, but gets interrupted by Karpov's lady lawyer and sharp shooter. They in turn are interrupted by Max, Milo, and notorious gangster mob boss, Maximus Giambetti.

Lucky Spencer and Sam McCall plan to move in together after the drug ring is busted up.

Alexis Davis (District Attorney and mother of Sam) figures out that Sam is piloting ships for Karpov, but becomes suspicious of Jerry Jax's sudden effort to defend her.

Kate Howard, and her cousin Olivia continue to argue over whether or not Sonny should be told the truth about Olivia and Sonny's son Danté Falconary. Kate can't understand why Olivia insists on keeping Sonny from learning about his long lost. Olivia continues to try hard to open Kate's eyes about the danger that surrounds sonny and everyone that he cares about.

Attorney Dianne Miller prevents Jason from blowing her boyfriend Max Giambetti's cover.

Claudia Zachara lies to Lucky in order to cover her brother Johnny's butt. However, the fallout from the lie that she told might just get Jonny's butt into more trouble with Lucky and Lulu. Johnny, upset over the problems that Claudia's lie has potentially created, continues his wreckless boating behavior in an effort to manage his pain over Lulu's current state. Claudia says that she will "be damned" if she is going to lose Johnny to Lulu. She then lists the reasons why the two love-birds cannot ever be together again.

Jerry continues to set Sam up for a fall by insinuating that Sam is definitely working for Karpov.

The Giambetti family returns to Jason's office and Maximus expresses his pride in Max's ability to rescue Sonny from Andre Karpov. Jason listens and then, with Max's "permission," rushes off to check on Sonny. Max's father is not happy with Jason's indepedence and wants to put Jason Morgan in his place.

Alexis seeks her friend and colleague, Dianne's advice on how to deal with Sam's activities with Karpov.

Carlye walks into Kate's hospital room just in time to hear that Olivia and Kate are keeping a family secret.

Jason arrives at Sonny's and tells him that he had no business going after Andre Karpov alone.

Sam eavesdrops while Jerry meets with Karpov on the pier, and then gets caught.
