When you start building your business at Kissystem or any home business that requires you to build a team to succeed. It’s extremely important to train your team members the right way. The biggest thing that is misunderstood is the difference between GIVING them what they need and TEACHING them what they need.

You want to be as personal and as approachable as possible. It sounds dumb to say but you want your team to feel like a team. It’s a great idea to allow them to have as much personal contact with you as you can. If they feel like you are there to help them they are going to feel encouraged and empowered. They decided to try this business because they trusted you. You successfully sold yourself to your team members. Now you have to follow up with amazing support and tools. The probability of them being a successful team leader one day will increase dramatically.

It is extremely important for you to expend a lot of your time and energy working and showing your team members. Step by step processes and actual implementation are extremely important. One of the most overlooked training procedures direction. A lot of team leaders tell their team WHAT to do but forget to show them where and how to do it. For example, you can tell your team to Bookmark their pages (how impersonal and hard is that to follow, when I first started I wouldn’t even know what that meant) Instead give them the name of the site to use and show them a brief introduction on how to use it and why it is important. Some things are very easy for you to understand how they work and how you can optimize there productivity, but for some it is a lot easier to see.

It all comes down to leading by example. If you SHOW them how to succeed and TEACH them what they need to do they will have a better chance of starting their own successful team and growing Kissystem business even further, because ultimately your success depends on their success.
