Absolutely!!! GOD Definitely Answers Prayers. I'm a Christian and will like to answer this question based on my faith in HIM through my Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. The Bible says, whatever we ask the LORD, believing, we shall receive. Note one of the keywords there - it's believing. One of the problems many Christians pray or ask in their prayers to GOD and do not receive or get their prayers answered is primarily because of where they stood in their faith when they were praying to GOD. How can you be asking GOD for something and also be thinking, "OK, if GOD Does Not Answer My Prayers, I'll do this, and this, and this". You've pretty much provided an answer to your prayers or questions to GOD because you have basically told HIM, "Oh GOD, don't worry. Your answers to my prayers or questions do not matter because I have a backup plan anyways". Come on! And you expect GOD to answer when you are in that mindset?

Now, let me quote a scripture verse to you from James 1: 6-8. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the LORD; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all HIS ways. (NKJV). There you go... straight from the Word of GOD. You absolutely need to let GOD know that you absolutely depend on HIM and no one else. If you're asking GOD for something and are not open to receiving from HIM, then you're just wasting your time.

Another great question you must ask yourself before ever pondering whether or not GOD answers your prayers is this: Is What You Are Asking GOD According To His Will For Your Life? You absolutely need to be able to answer that. And How Do You Do That? How Do You Know You Are Asking The Will of GOD For Your Life? That is why you really need to study the Word of GOD and seek HIS Face; asking to know HIS Will for your life. The Bible confirms it in 1 John 5:14-15: Now this is the confidence that we have in HIM, that if we ask anything according to HIS Will, HE hears us. And if we know that HE hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of HIM. (NKJV)

As long as our prayers are in alignment with HIS Will for our lives, according to the Scriptures, we are guaranteed that HE will definitely hear our prayers, requests and questions. GOD Bless You Real Good!
