When you place an order on our website. The shipping and handling charge is just an estimate. Once we fill your order from our warehouse and then we will have the exact cost for the shipping. What ever method of payment you used you will see a refund of the amount over charged if there was such an occurrence. The reason for doing this is so that we may sell our products through out the USA. International orders have to be process through our Customer Service department. If you are un-happy with your purchase, you have 7 days to notify Customer service so that we may request a refund for you. At this point, you will be advised on the exact details based on that supplier refund policy. Keep in mind your satisfaction is guaranteed. When it comes to saving money off your order like the 5.00 or 10% or the special August coupon deal that will appear as a credit on your method of payment as soon as it clears our warehouse house. Sorry, for this in-convince but at this time it is the only way we can do it. Our first goal within the company is to increase publicity. We would like to increase the number of customers to 50 by the end of July. Currently we are running about 30 per day to the website. We are experiencing low sales, but we expect this to increase as word of mouth gets out there. You can help us by telling a friend and also registering on our website. Ask about our refer a friend deal. That is our goal for July. You will see our results in August.
