IGolf Golf GPS Review iGolf Triton The Triton is one of the new golf GPS devices makers of iGolf Neo GPS. IGolf The Triton is a step from New but does not have all the capabilities and the screen color of the iGolf Saturn. In contrast, the Triton has a grayscale LCD and can display the form and layout of each green with the necessary distance to any point of the green from your location.

The Triton is a Grayscale GPS unit, and offers a larger LCD screen 120x160 pixels for easy reading. It is still a small device that can be manipulated with ease on the golf course. The device displays the precision of form and layout of each hole to provide valuable information to hit your ball in the ecological approach.

Storage

The iGolf Triton has extended to some of the limitations of the neo iGolf. The Triton can now hold 15 GPS golf course instead of the 10 courses on the neo. With 15 lecturers at once is good, but not as much as the Saturn, which has 100 courses. The course map files can be stored on your computer, so it is easy to transfer files to the card and the device to change your selection.

The Statistics Council

The camera now allows you to keep statistics and scoring of your unit. Now you can keep your score on the digital camera with indepth statistics. When you have finished your turn, you can connect the device to your PC via USB cable and download your scores and statistics on your computer.

Distances

The unit includes a distance calculator shooting that was available with the iGolf Neo. This allows you to calculate the firing distance of a club for every shot. It is an excellent tool to keep track of the distance you hit each club.

Connectivity

To download pre-mapped golf courses you'll need Windows Vista, Windows XP or Windows 2000 enabled computer with a USB port. A subscription to iGolf will need to download the current pre-drawn. Subscription is a minimum, and you can download the course and keep them on your computer.
