HERE ARE A FEW FANTASTIC COOKERY TIPS I HAVE COLLECTED OVER THE YEARS!!!!

1. WHEN COOKING WITH ANY MINCE ALWAYS COOK IN A HOT PAN AND THROW THE MINCE IN AS A LUMP SO IT BROWNS OFF, THEN TURN THE LUMP AT INTERVALS UNTIL ITS ALL BROWNED OFF BEFORE BREAKING THE LUMP OF MINCE UP AND ADDING YOUR ONIONS ETC. THIS WILL GIVE SO MUCH MORE FLAVOUR TO YOUR DISH!!!

2. ALWAYS CUT OFF THE PARSONS NOSE FROM A CHICKEN BEFORE ROASTING AS THIS IS THE BIRDS PREEN GLAND AND HAS A BITTER TASTE.

3.ADD FINELY CHOPPED RED APPLE TO YOUR PRAWN COCKTAIL TO MAKE IT THE BEST EVER TASTED!!!

4. USE AN OLD FASHIONED POTATO PEELER TO PINBONE SALMON STEAKS, EASY!!!

5. WANT GREAT COLDSLAW?  USE A LEMON ZESTER TO DO CARROTS AND ALWAYS ADD A TOUCH OF HORSERADISH TO YOUR MAYO!!!

6. ALWAYS STIR PASTA UNTIL IT BOILS AND IT WILL NEVER STICK TOGETHER!!
