Many people are trying to lose weight. But many are trying to gain weight. We don’t hear about those kind of stories. I am saying this because one of my friends is trying to gain weight.
As you all know the most effective way to gain weight is to take some steroids and you’re up to where you want to be. Well, my friend is 6’1 and weight 145lbs. You tell me if it’s normal. It is wise versa. People that are trying to lose weight and people that are trying to gain weight.
As doctors prescribe the marijuana to gain weight. Only a few blonds a day would be perfect. No my friends. This is not the way, because when you smoke marijuana you get munchies, yeah. But it’s the same as smoking cigarettes. You still will get that tar in your system.
Proper nutrition is number one. Junk food in this case would not help. Usually people that are trying to gain weight and can’t is because of the ether a disease of some kind or because of fast metabolism.
As you know, human body can get used to anything. In the case of skinny people the body and metabolism is used to the daily activities.
This is what you need to do
· Eat 3 – 5 times a day
· Start exercising
Now, the exercising is very important to gain weight. I am assuming that you want to get some muscles on you. So, when lifting weights… First day, take a partner with you. It would be easier for you when lifting heavy and it would be more fun to work out. On day one, max out every muscle.
For example, when starting on bench press, start with light weight and move toward heavy weight. Do everything one time. Write down the heaviest weight that you can lift. Write down every exercise you do and weight.
Now, the math part comes. When you get home you have to calculate the % of your work out.
Let say, on bench press you maxed out 200lbs. You need to divide the weight into 3 times. 68%, 74%, 78%. This mean that you have 3 sets to do. When doing set number one, don’t forget that you have to worm up not to pull a muscle. Start with very light weight, your first set would be…Light weight 10 reps (times)
Set number 2 would be at 68% of your maximum weight. And so on. Between sets rest for between 1 – 2 minutes.
By using this method you will gain muscle and trust me, you will be very hungry J
Max out every 3 weeks. Write down your maximum weight and repeat the process again.
Make sure to do your exercises properly. Do not cheat, because you only cheating yourself.
You will lift more weight and gain more weight. You by doing this method you will be very strong.
