Well Ican tell you that millions of people all over the world play World of Warcraft "Blizzard entertainment". I can tell you that I've been playing WOW for over a year now and its one of the most fascinating games Ive seen online. I like it so much that i started a small army of members in WOW called a "guild". Now my guild is relatively small compared to some other guilds, but what I've done with my guild is made a structure that has a chain of command, kind of like large family, with officers that have responsibilities.

"Knights of the Storm" Cairne, Is not a top raiding guild, in WOW. But we are successful in raiding. What we do is take the fresh average player, not having the knowledge, to be skilled for maximum performance, and we provide them with the information they need about there character, and we teach them what they need to know to be successful in game play. We show care and concern to our fellow guildys. Building personal relationships through team work.

Structure is so important. Officers have to be role model material. We have Senior Coordinators that are in charge of creating events, gear distribution and executive decisions. they are the "Topdogs" of operations. We have Guru team that is in charge of behavior management and game play education. It takes superior patience, understanding,and self control to be Officer rank. Motivation and determination of your raiders to clear endgame content is a must. Coordination of play time with raiding. Time efficiency during raids with a cooperating team. Aggresive players striving to make the charts. Inspiration from a Coach that plays with his heart.

The family like structure of showing care and concern, pulling up those who struggle and pushing up those that are reaching out, is a great system to form a successfull guild. Through all the trials of gaming, i can say that im very Proud of my progressing Guild "Knights of the Storm" officers and members. It is my World of Warcraft Family
