This device may not be as small as a sports watch, but you can't tell the difference while wearing it.

There is a curved casting that allows the antenna to face the sky while exercising. You will easily see the wide-screen display when you need it, and see it clearly due to the higher resolution, offering exceptional clarity and crispness. The buttons are simple to use, have great tactile feel and pressure response.

GPS
The GPS system features an integrated, high-sensitivity GPS receiver with SiRFstar III. This means that the 305 is able to track and maintain a lock on your position better than anything created before this. The tracking speed is within 3 minutes. This also features a "go to location" which routes you back to your starting location, or one you have chosen. You can save any information that you input, and save them as "Courses", giving you new levels of control over your favorite places to run or bike.

Training
This allows you to organize tons of data, simply and easily. You will have access to real-time information about your workout. You can see calories burned, elevation, distance, grade, as well as output, fatigue, and fitness levels. It is amazing how it is also able to track your heart-rate, average heart-rate, lap heart-rate, and the heart-rate zones all done with the coded heart-rate chest strap that's included.
