Gazebo Plans, Books and Kits
75Gazebo: Getting Started
Gazebo's have become an extremely popular feature of many homes and offer a lot of functionality and appeal. Surprisingly there are a number of things you need to think of which may not be instantly obvious before buying a Gazebo. The many different shapes and designs can make a big difference to how your Gazebo works with the design of your house and garden.
I recommend a little bit of planning and forsight first so here are some tips to help you choose the best Gazebo for your garden.
How to Build A Gazebo
There are a load of Gazebo Kits available and there really is no need to build one yourself however if the handy man in you is eager to take up the challenge then here are some tips.
The most important thing to note is the number of materials included and to make sure you have the necessary means to transfer them to your home. You may be surprised at the the actual volume of materials needed.
Secondly make sure to factor in all costs associated with building a Gazebo from scratch as more often than not you will find it cheaper to purchase a gazebo kit instead.
Also make sure you factor time into the equation as construction can take a fair amount of time and hard work. You don't want an unfinished job culttering up your garden for weeks and weeks.
Free Gazebo Plans
Once again as mention previously make sure you outweigh all the pros and cons of building your own Gazebo rather then purchasing one in kit form however here are some free resources you can use to get point you in the right direction.

Really nice hub about gazebos. I'm also a big fan of small home plans, like cottage hose and log cabins, and I'd love to get some more ideas and information about it.
