Rick is the CEO of a tech firm called Oceana Sensor. The firm, based in Virginia Beach, VA, provides sensors that operate on WiFi networks. WiFi is a fast-growing wireless technology.

In our interview, Rick discusses how Oceana was spun off from a family-owned enterprise that featured several of his siblings.

Now that Oceana is doing a few million in revenue, Rick is ready to jump into fast-growth Mogul mode.
