all right, first off, im tired of people saying that Gow2 (gears of war 2) and resistance 2 are the same game on a  different console. gow2 is a 3rd ps, resistance 2 is a fps. gow2 takes place in the future, resistance takes place in the 50's. the enemies in gow2 come from underground, the enemies in resistance come from space. so they are not the same kind of game, just getting that out of the way. so i will base this review just like my last one, but alittle extra categories. and again, im basing this review on part fact, part opinion. 

1st off is the campaign, this is definitely a tie. i loved the campaign  in both games, very sad and compelling. but ow2 is longer, nothing to wine about though. that category is a tie. next is co-op. this is also a tie, but if one game had to win for this category it would be gow. the only reason that it is a tie is because resistance is 8 player co-op. but you cant do co-op campaign like u can in gears, which is only 2 player co-op. next is cotrols. this category goes to resistance 2. i found the controls in gow to be very confusing compared to resistance. as for sound affects, this one is also a tie. both, on my opinion, had very good sound affects. as for graphics, its kindof obvious here. graphics go to gow. resistances graphics make the ps3 a disgrace, gow had good graphics (for the 360). 

as for gameplay, that category goes to gow2. resistance 2 gameplay i felt was alittle plain. nothing special. gow was pritty cool. as for online, this goes to resistance. gow2s online sucks, alot. only 5 vs. 5. resistance is 60 players online and the skirmish mode is really fun. next is exra content, this category goes to  resistance, because it has a larger amount of external content. next is weapon selection, this goes to gow2. plain and simple, more, fun weapons to use. as for the difficulties, gow2 is very hard. resistance is easy do get used to. so if your an easy player resistance is the game for you. next is gow2 horde mode vs. resistance 2 horde mode. this is a tie, gow2 has small groups of hard to beat guys. and the resistance 2 horde mode is ALOT of weak guys coming at you. 

so that is my review on gow2 and resistance 2. as for what game is better, im not sure. they are both really great games, i had fun with both. it is up to you to decide which one is better. please leave your comment on what you think about this subject. my next review coming up in a few days.
