Gena Lee Nolin was born in November, 1971, in Duluth, Minnesota, and spent an idyllic childhood on a farm. After leaving school she moved to Vega, intent on a career in show business. She started by working as a waitress in Vegas but later entered, and won, the Miss las Vegas Beauty competition. It was her turning point. She began to get noticed and got some modeling assignments.

Then in 1994 she answered an ad for the TV show, 'The Price Is Right' and got the job of one of 'Barker's Beauties'. She was now firmly in the public eye and it was not long before she was offered the role of Neely Capshaw in Baywatch, one of the most popular TV series in the world. After this success she modeled for both Maxim and Playboy. If this wasn't enough she capped it all by getting the starring role in the TV fantasy show Sheena from 2000-2002.
