Generate traffic for older hubs or hubs which have attracted very low traffic despite quality content?
58Method 1: RSS feeds
The beauty of hubpages is that each 'tag' can be used to create a unique RSS feed. Click on the tag in your hubpage and when you are redirected to the page for that tag simply click on the RSS symbol.
The resulting page is the RSS feed for that tag.
I like to go to the free keywords tool at Wordtracker and use the seed keyword term that matches the main theme of the hub.
This will give a bunch of popular keyword searches for that topic. Starting near the bottom of the Wordtracker list, create tags in your hubpage that match the keyword terms.
This way you should be able to generate unique tags that only your hubpage is using and therefore unique RSS feeds.
Then use a RSS feed directories such as Feedage and 2RSS to submit your new RSS feeds.
Not only will you receive traffic directly from the RSS directories you will also create backlinks for your hubpage and increase your search engine ranking.
Method 2: Social bookmarks
If your hubpage is of good quality then you should let the social bookmark sites know about it.
SocialMarker allows you to submit your hubpage URL to a number of these sites including Propeller and Digg.
Other users of the social bookmark sites will start visitng your site and if they like it they will vote for it which in turn will bring more traffic as you begin to go up in the rankings on those sites.
PrintShare it! — Rate it: up down flag this hub

That's really nice and different thinking to find unique keyword tags, seems to give a go for it, thanks and let you know how it works.
