I had been given a Bible when I was nine years old. It was the tradition of my Grandmother to give each Grandchild a Bible of their own as soon as they had learned to recite the ten commandments. I loved that Bible, I kept it with me for years. It travelled with me throughout my life. When I moved it moved with me, from my family home, to my first apartment. Then from my own apartment to my marital home. It always sat on my night table right next to my side of the bed. If I was ever in trouble I would take it out and hold it up and let it drop open, and then I would begin to read. Without fail, I would read, only a few verses, and there it was. That was the answer I had been looking for. I still have it to this day. It is slightly ragged and showing some wear around the edges, but to me, it is the most valuable book in My World!

Do you have a book like that? One that opens magically with the answer you were looking for? Did you know, that only 5% percent of the 85% of all people who call themselves Christians, have actually ever read their Bibles?

My point is, I didn't know what I had!I had no clue how valuable that Book really was!

One day many years later, I picked up the Bible that had been on the bedside table for all but nine years of my life, and I began to read it. Prior to that moment in time, I was like every other red blooded human being. Throughout my younger years, when I began to think my life wasn't going anywhere, I got into self-help books! I remember reading M. Scott Peck's Best Seller 'The Road Less Travelled' www.Amazon.com it was the book I had just finished reading. I had laid it down on that bedside table. It was laying there next to my Bible.

Something finally moved me and gave me the unction to pick up that beautiful precious book. 'It wasn't 'just a Bible' it was Beautiful Book! Covered in White Leather, all the lettering was embossed in Gold. It had a gold zipper all around the outside of it, top to bottom. The clasp on the zipper was a little Gold Cross. I loved it, I had always loved it. Imagine saying that! I had always loved the way it looked I had never spent any amount of time caring about what was actually in the book. Come on, I considered myself a a Christian, a good and caring person just like you are. I just wasn't a REAL Christian YET!

What I discovered in the reading of that book was; that if I had read it years ago, I could have saved myself thousands of dollars. I mean I wouldn' t have needed to buy and read all those self-help books! My Bible is the ultimate unequivocal BEST, Self-Help Book EVER! BAR NONE!

it's all in there... WE Live and Learn.

As I read more, and learned more, I think I just wanted more, needed more, to this day I cannot get enough, cannot know enough, cannot read enough, cannot find enough, OK I'm obsessed with it (or maybe it is just my passion)

Yeah that's it!

Let's keep it simple.

The further I got into my Bible, the faster I wanted to get through it, so I could read it again, and start researching, and learning in depth about it's key characters. I got into the New Testament and it got better! I was devouring every passage that was printed in red (the words that Jesus spoke). I went over and over his words. the next week I would start the new testament over again.

The craving grew deeper, searching the scriptures for new, fresh revelation was my quest and every day, every verse brought a new understanding. The heights of my joy grew higher.

It is said that the joy you feel when began to realize how BIG, how loving, merciful, how kind God is, can not be compared. Period. People who have previously been addicted to drugs have witnessed to this. They say there is nothing..., hear this NOTHING out there that compares to the Love of God! It's like Gloria Copeland says in her book " There's No High Like The MOST HIGH!

You have to Love that! Once you make the breakthrough, you can't let go, and you might as well surrender into the wonderment of what is Heaven here on Earth. I doesn't take long, it took me a lifetime to get interested, yet I know it was there in me all the time. When it touches your heart and you abandon your brain centered style of thinking and just go with the flow of peaceful loving energy that will seep into your being, your soul and fill every crevice in your life you will agree there is no God like My God and there is no one like My Jesus!

Once you have surrendered to the power of love of the most high in all the universe, the urgency subsides a bit, as you relax into new colors in your rainbow, and the seemingly brighter stars in your sky. You will sense and you will see the beauty that appears everywhere, that seems fresh and new, there is a new crispness to almost everything. Take a moment every morning and let it soak in. Breathe... let the breath of life slide into you.

Take time to stop and smell the roses...!

I found myself locked into learning, looking for deeper understanding, wanting to know everything. Soon I found out people who have been doing the same thing I have been doing, and have been doing it for forty years or more still don't have all the answers. At first I was sad, thinkging I'll never know. However, I couldn't stop reading, and that kept leading me to new things, new thoughts, new heights of joy, more revelation, making what I had read before appear new, with a new depth and new and even deeper understanding. Obviously when God began the divine revelation of the scriptures to those who wrote them, he already had a plan and this was it. The more you love, the more you learn, the more you learn the more you love. it is an ever expanding experience.  All through the His benevolent Grace.

I mentioned that people I know who have been doing this for many years still love what they are doing and God is still leading them and bringing them fresh revelation all the time. With that knowledge I began to hope, that He (God) would do that for me as well. If I continue to love, and search, and embrace, and share God's Word, the story of the life of Jesus, the joy of living His KINGDOM right here on earth, while sharing the good news of the Gospel I would be answering 'the call.' To find the truth of living daily in and by the Word of God.

It was at this point in my search I developed yet another yearning... to go to Church! I had gone to church as a child up until I was about seventeen years old. At that point in time my parents decided they would no longer force me to go to church every Sunday. I had always loved Jesus, and believed in God. I figured I was good to go. Go on with my life as a real person. For few years I didn't attend church at all.

As time passed and the process of coming back to God kept nudging me, a thought kept reoccurring to me. I decided I would find a good WORD church and get back into attending church on a regular basis, getting involved, volunteering, baking pies for the bake sales etc. like in the old days when I was a kid. It's what my mother had always done. It was that sense of community beckoning to me. A place to belong...

I found church to be a little different than I remembered. The first church I went to didn't believe in healing. The pastor's oldest son almost died when he was younger.However, they prayed and he was healed. BUT, we didn't pray healing prayers for the long list of sick people he would name every Sunday at church. I ran into the pastor (who was actually my neighbor from two doors down), in the park one day with his little girl and the first thing he said to me was" I am so sick" I thought that is strange and said so. I asked " Aren'T you suppose to say " I am healed, I am well, my body is sound, strong and able, in the name of Jesus"? he said " Nope I'm sick" I was shocked! That is what I had learned to do from my Bible.

When his sixth child was born, there was life threatening circumstances surrounding this new-born child, again the Doctors gave this child only hours to live and told the pastor and his wife the child may not live until morning. As he told me the story some time later, he said they had called some friends and prayed all night. By the morning the baby seemed fine. The Doctors re-tested the baby and there was no trace of what had almost killed the child the night before.

God is Good! How come the Pastor doesn't know that? I asked him if he would allow me to speak for a minute or two each week on healing. I had noticed other people reading scriptures and speaking on different issues. His answer to me was "NO! that's not how it's done."

Then the Lord showed me the scripture that says "the traditions of man make God's word of no effect" I realized that's what we do. We say "yes" in the Bible God healed a few people (Old testament) and "Yes" even in the New Testament the Bible says " And Jesus Healed Them ALL" BUT... that isn't how it works in the real world.

When I asked God, why I wasn't allowed to Minister on Healing in the church of this Pastor, God siad "It's his ministry" I knew I was dealing with the pastors ego. I guess this 'healing thing' was not a part of this church. It was OK to pray for the healing of his own sick children, but It was obvious he wouldn't want to have to take the time and trouble to pray for ALL the SICK Children!

I understood, that the Pastor did not want someone who had just joined his church, to stand up and start preaching about healing, How would that look? How would he explain healing to his congregation? How would he explain to people who got healed that he himself didn't believe in preaching about Jesus and how healed them ALL like it said in the Bible. Obviously Healing was NOT a part of his doctrine.

Shortly after that I discovered Jesse Duplantis www.jdm.orga preacher who Loves God works non-stop and can give the real low down on the topic of Genetically Altered Bible. What he tells us makes absolute sense. Over the centuries different religions have modified and slightly changed how they want their Bible to read. (The Catholics have their Own Bible -The Catholic Version) Each attempt at revision or modification creates a new version of what is God's truth.

Each preacher from varying relgions with their own interprutation of their own sensory or experential adaptation of what they have read becomes a new or different tradition. The Bible is then preached like this: Yes, in the Bible it says God heals but in MY experience..., and they tell their story.

Now, it's my turn to say ...That's not the way it works! If God healed the two kids that live down the street from me, he WILL HEAL your child. Here's what you must do. Remember the story of the father (Jairus) who, in the middle of a conversation with Jesus (he was asking Jesus to help) was told his daughter was already dead. Jesus did not even acknowledge ( he overheard but ignored it) what his servants were telling the man. He turned to the man and simply said "Only Believe"then they went to the house of Jairus and Jesus took the little girl by the hand and said "Talitha Cumi" which means ARISE little girl and we all know what happened next...she did!

If people all over the world are being healed, why can't we all be healed you ask?

We can, it is written.It is in Gods' Word it is God's truth and I myself can witness to many healing situations. I simply prayed, and Believed. Stood on my Faith. And waited for the Healing to come to pass. If God is the same yesterday, today and forever... it means, if he healed people 'in the beginning' he will heal people NOW!

If your priest or preacher pastor or reverend, does not teach you how you can be healed. Read the Bible. Get yourself a Bible and read it for yourself. Do not allow anyone, to deter you from learning your truth. Do not allow anyone to stop you from appropriating God's promise of healing and health from what is written in His Word. Do not allow some perverted doctrine (re-written and edited by man), to feed you some version of their Genetically Altered Bible.

Find a few (you only really need one) Healing scriptures, ( the first healing happened in the book of Genesis, so you don't have to read very far) search out the scriptures, read them say them, let them soak into your spirit, let them spill over you, heal you, let them wash over you like the you have found the light of God. Pray for healing. Say out loud "I am Healed", "I am well", "My body is sound and strong!" DO NOT DOUBT for one second that the universe is bringing to you every healing measure it knows, Relax and Breathe. Know, that even if the pain persists, it will soon stop, it will soon fade away, it will soon be gone. It is not the will of God for you to be hurting, or sick!

In the name of Jesus, you will be well!

Say it, Pray it,Believe it, Stand on it!

It shall be done! In the name of Jesus!

People always ask, "How can we learn to do this?" Again I say to you GO NIKE their buzz line is JUST DO IT!

That's is the honesty and the simplicity of it. Believe God is going to heal your body even if you are in more pain than you have ever known before, grit you teeth pray like the devil (PUN intended) and lock in, steel up and refuse to lose! Decide you will live. Dodi Osteen mother of Joel Osteen did exactly that as she walked up and down her drive way, (because didn't have the strength to go further), after the doctors had diagnosed her with terminal cancer, and told her she had three weeks left to live. She got stubborn, got out of the hospital went home, and decided she would live! She fought a disease people still die from every day, but she lived, she prayed. Dodi simply determined she would live long and live strong and kept healing scriptures at her bedside, and committed herself to praying non-stop until she was healed! This Lady knew how to call it the way it would be. She wouldn't settle for anything less. That's the answer.

Be determined to get your gift from God! Go to that still quiet place within, talk to God thru spirit and you will know his answer. if you don't get one immediately keep talking to him, then when you feel it, go with it! It is divine, it will raise you up and you will praise the Lord for the miracle that is yours for the asking!

We pray that prayer but do we really pay attention to what we are saying? It's about Eden, a place of pure bliss. I am there, are you? Would you like to be? God only wanted to take care of us, before the fall. He spoke the words "LIGHT BE" and it was. Jesus spoke the words "Peace be still" and the storm subsided. They call it like they want it, and they get it that's how it worked in the beginning, and it hasn't changed. God is the same yesterday today and forever. It's the Eden system, God showed us, Moses showed us, David showed us, Jesus told us the secret and showed us the way, we just don't get it!

Mark 11:24

Jesus answered " Have the FAITH of God, truly I say unto you. If you say unto this mountain be taken up and cast into the sea, if you do not doubt in your heart, but BELIEVE what you say will come to pass. It shall be done for you. So, I tell you, whatsoever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have recieved it, and you shall have whatsoever you say!"

Now if you re-read this slowly and process every word, I am certain you eyes will be opened.

You will be awakened by a knowing in your soul, what you say is what you get. Believe it! and God will open the windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing until you cup runneth over!

Jesus said "I came that you might have life, and enjoy life in abundance, to the full, til it overflows!

This is God's perfect way, to show God's perfect Love. It is all in the Bible it's just that we keep missing it. So if someone tells you this just isn;t so.

Read your Bible for yourself, do it over and over until you get it, it will rock your world!
