George Grill
55Lean Mean Grilling Machine
I've found that there are an incredible amount of people that use the George Grill on a regular basis and just absolutely love to use it. However, there are a couple of common complaints which are universal that you hear regarding the George Grill;
1. If it is not cleaned right away after cooking, it is so much harder to clean. 2. When I cook, my meat dries up.
Well here is a little secret that will keep your grill squeeky clean and holds the juice in, keeps the meat moist and minimizes any cleaning once you've finished cooking. What is the secret? It is simply to package the food in tin foil like a pouch.
For example, if you wanted cook some chicken breasts. Tear off a pretty long sheet of tin foil, place chicken breast on foil and liberally season both sides of breast with your favorite herbs and spices. Fold over left side of tin foil, then fold over the right side on top of the left side, then fold ends to lock in juices. Place on the George Grill and close.
No matter if you are cooking meats, veggies, or even toasting a sandwich, this method always works perfectly. In fact, tonight I'm going to make a delicious piece of grilled sirloin steak, OMG.
