If you want to get flat washboard abs, there's a few things you need to calculate into your program for success:
1) Supportive nutrition: It's not enough to just eat healthy, for the best results each meal should contain moderate amounts of both protein a carb.
2) Meal timing: To ensure your metabolism revs hot and heavy 24/7, you need to eat small meals every 3 hours
3) Resistance training: A concern for muscle is an absolute must. This is where your fat is actually burned. It's recommended that you do some sort of weight training program since you'll be on a calorie restrictive diet, so you'll preserve as much fat burning muscle as possible
4) Cardio training: Cardio training is important, but it's a lot like ab training... it's not necessary if you have the first 3 parts aligned to the letter.
