The first thing I wanted to say to ALL who have stumbled upon this page, is to erase all thoughts from your mind that you have to pay a goddamn fee just to get paid to take surveys online.
This is absolute crap. All these $19.99-$49.99 services offer are a list of OTHER survey sites. These other survey sites can be found online for absolutely no cost to you. Why pay some fool for the same information that you can find for free?
Now sifting through all of the honest survey sites, and the crap is a long, tedious and annoying task. It honestly took me around 2 years to get a good grasp on what sites were going to pay me, and which ones were wasting my time.
The absolute best site for a list of survey sites is Volition.com. This site is a list of every survey site you could ever want. This is where I came across some really excellent survey sites.
I simply picked which sites I liked the best, and waited for them to send me some surveys.
Now the list over at Volition is swell, but there are other highly sought after paid survey sites that offer you a heck of a lot more than a few bucks for 45 minutes of your time.
I'm going to share with you some of my all time favorite sites. They are my favorite because they pay quickly, pay fairly, and I sometimes get an occasional product to test and keep.
The first site is Focusonlinesurveys.
Here at this site I get a daily list of available surveys. I pick and choose which ones I want to take. I won't take surveys that pay only $1.00 anymore. My time is valuable, and if the survey offers less than $5.00, I won't even bother taking it.
The cool thing about this survey site is that they pay you $5.00 simply for joining.
Another really excellent site is FGIResearch.Honestly I love this site so much I didn't even want to share it with you, because I figured I'd lessen my chances of getting good offers from them. Tee-hee. I'm greedy.
At any rate though, this site send me around 2 or 3 surveys a month. I have been paid timely, and I have in less than 1 year already won around $200 in Amazon e-certificates.
One of my all time favorite product testing sites includes HP Product Testing. At least once a month I am sent a form to fill out for HP, the form is basically an application to sign up to test a product that they want you to give them feedback on. Products range from printers, very high end laptops, software, speakers, keyboards/mouse, monitors, and much, much more.
It's a little difficult to be approved to be chosen to test the product, but if you are you keep it 100% free. They require nothing but feedback and suggestions in exchange.
MyView also offers steady surveys. The surveys here though are a little difficult to qualify for, but if you do, the reward is all yours. Surveys here range from $1.50-$10.00. I usually get around $6.00 a day by taking 2 surveys on this site.
Another decent product testing site is BzzAgent.
This site send you campaigns to join every so often. If you join the campaigns you get the product for free. In return the site simply asks that you tell other people about the product they sent you. They ask then for feedback on what feedback you got from others. In return you will be given MyPoints, which you can trade for gift cards.
Campaigns don't come all to often, but when they do it is worth the wait.
Pineconeresearch is another excellent site, but the problem with them is that they only recruit new members every so often. The only way to be recruited is if someone who is already a member sends you a recruitment link. Members are asked to invite family and friends about once a year. You can however search forums online regarding pinecone research, where members sometimes will give out a recruitment link so you can sign up. You have to keep up with the forums though, because the links go fast, and we only get about 4 links per year to give out.
Anyhow, over at pinecone you get to product test new products, give feedback, and you get paid through paypal. It's one of my favorite sites!
Nike Product Testing is another decent site to sign up for. The unfortunate thing about this site though is that they have not had new sign ups in ages. On the official sign up site, it is still saying that no new sign ups are being accepted at this time. You can check back every so often to see when they are accepting.
Another really cool site similar to HP's product testing, is Lexmarks product testing opportunities. Although there is nothing that needs to be tested at the moment, take a few minutes to sign up... you will get an invite if they want you to test something for them.
This site is very cool because you may get the opportunity to product test some of Lexmark's products!
And no, these are none of those sponsor bullcrap sites. There is no need to purchase ANYTHING. All products will be sent to you with no catch, no cost, and no need to sign up for any offers!
As soon as you have to pay money out of your own pocket to receive items to test, or to take surveys, bail! Why pay when you can get the same swag for free?
Some more legitimate 100% free sites where you can receive free items, or money for taking surveys include Lightspeed Panel.
You simply take surveys here and earn points. I have in the past year earned $150 in Amazon e-certificates, and I also cashed out for a pretty cool Coleman tent. I have also been chosen to receive product tests such a cereal, makeup, and food.
HotSpex is another pretty decent survey site. They don't send me all too many surveys, but when they do, I always gain a lot of points.
You can use your points as Points.com points or you can exchange them for product contest tickets.
My all time favorite site though has got to be StudyResponse. Every survey I have ever taken from them has awarded me with a chance to win around $50.00 to $250.00. Sometimes though they will send surveys with cash incentives without having to win. They range in the $50.00 bracket.
However every survey I have ever taken, I have won something.
They send surveys once every other month, but whenever they do, expect a nice fat reward for taking the survey.
HarrisPollOnline is another decent site that offers points in exchange for surveys. You can use these points for gifts. I like this site, but they don't really have a big catalog of desirable gifts.
ELab is similar to StudyResponse; however universities sometimes will email you asking to participate in studies. Pay is very generous! $20.00-$200.00.
DRI is another research panel that pays nice big fat incentives. Usually you are entered into a pool of others to win money. I have won around $100 in the past year alone, and it's definitely worth signing up for.
Microsoft Research Panel is another cool site to sign up for. You will get the opportunity to test beta software. I have already taken part in one beta test for an upcoming version of Windows. It's pretty damn neat.
Another neat panel to join is Directive Analytics. They offer incentives in the form of points. 100 points equals $1.00. However earning points is easy, and fast.
Mindfield Online Panel offers very fair cash incentives for completing their surveys as well. Sometimes it is difficult to qualify, but if you do, the payout is sweet. Plus, the site only requires a $5.00 payout, so there is no having to wait months to aquire $100 just to cash out.
I have soooo many other sites to share, but for now, these seem to be the ones that offer the highest rewards, and best products for free testing.
Enjoy!

There are so many out there, and I always get irked when I see those websites offering the same information for a fee! It took me around 2 years to weed through the junk sites, and the ones that actually pay you. HP Product testing is awesome; however its rare you get chosen to actually test a product. If you are chosen though, my God the product you get is so worth the wait. Laptops, desktops, and computer periphreals.... oh my. lol.
Wow! This is awesome information. I'm bookmarking this page for sure. I always figured that all those survey things were fake, so it's great to know there are some real ones out there. Thank you so much for sharing the years you've spent figuring it all out and for sharing your favorites here! :)
Gosh Mellas, I've really missed reading your hubs. Of course I've missed being here in general. I miss my hub buddies. I want my Mellas back...*sniff, sob* Hopefully my internet crap will be back to normal soon.
Hope your writing assignments went well last week. I think it was last week? Time has no meaning when your internet sucks. ;)
Thanks Pam, I've been relativley absent myself. Finished all but 1 assignment, and here at work I'm busy stamping 5,000 mailers. AHHHH. lol.
I belong to BuzzAgent. I love it. I'm not crazy they changed to MyPoints instead of their own system but I love the free products.
I never got to experince the old system, people said that at the end of a campaign sometimes theyd give them cool gifts....I joined a few months before the mypoints change over, but didnt get a campaign till the change over. The change over for me though was a hassle because my points werent being converted. It took a month for them to figure it out. I have a lot of point now though, in fact I should cash out soon for a card or something. : )
MY NAME IS SHANNON I AM A STAY AT HOME MOM WHO IS ON SSI, I HAVE 3 KIDS AND WE HAD A HARD YEAR, WE LOST OUR HOME AND EVERYTHING I OWN. I WOULD LOVE TO WORK FROM HOME, I AM HOPING TO GET A NEW CELL PHONE AND A LAPTOP THAT WE LOST AND A DIGTAL CAMERA, I HAVE THE TIME AND I AM A HARD WORKER

Fantastic information! Thanks so much! I would love to be a cell phone tester. I would love to have been able to test the iphone. My current phone is about 3 years old and just wont die! I have washed it 3 times (by accident, I promise!) and dropped it a few hundred times. Never thought my relatively cheap Samsung E250 would last this long! Well done to the creators thereof :)
