Create an account at: http://www.whisher.com/

Download Whisher for Mac

Unzip, mount, and install Whisher

Enter your account details in the preference pane

Look at your AirPort menu!

It's actually quite strait forward after the installation:

Find a location with nearby internet distributers

Open up your AirPort menu

Connect to a network

Done!

Just connect as if it were over WiFi!

Some internet distributers offer internet through whisher for a price, a lot of hotels and resteraunts have signed contracts with Whisher. Some of these will require you to pay a small fee per minute to connect.

To add money to account go to http://www.whisher.com/ - "My Account" - Charge to Account
