As they did, before you had the need to find assistance online to answer your call to "Get My Ex Back For The Holidays."
You probably have many different feelings causing you anguish right now. It is very hard when the one who means the world to you says it is over and they leave you all alone and broken inside. It is even more difficult, during the holidays. Everything reminds you of them and the happiness that everyone around you is feeling during the holiday season, is like a thorn in your side.
I know those feelings very well. The love of my life walked out the door during September, long ago. A hole was torn in my existence the day he left. Losing him was the worst heartache I have ever had to face. I spent that Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year begging God and wishing, that I would get my ex back for the holidays.
After about 6 months of crying just about every day and feeling a deep aching and longing inside that words can not explain, I started readjusting my thinking to hating him. Hate was much easier to deal with. I hated him for taking me on a downward spiral to nothingness. I hated him for all the heartache he had caused me to go through for the past 6 months. Most of all, I hated him for the infidelity I had found out about. That is what replaced my dream with a nightmare.
I worked diligently at hating him. You could say I had perfected it. Every time a longing for him would creep in, I squashed it with pictures in my head of him and her together. Hour after hour. Day after day. Month after month, I stoked the fire of that hate. That is what he met, when he came back around about a year and half later.
He wanted us to get back together, but I was infected with hate and would hear none of that. I told him I did not love him and I never did. God help me, I made the the biggest mistake of my life, that day. Now I am stuck in the present without him and I sit here still wishing, I could get my ex back for the holidays.
The hatred was a false emotion. I used it to deal with the horrible pain of losing him. It took me a little over 5 years to realize that and that I was still in love with my ex. By then, it was too late. He moved to another state, remarried, and had a child, since we saw each other last. All I will ever have is that secret hope, that I will get my ex back for the holidays by some miracle.
Don't let this happen to you or waste time in anger as I did. We are human and each one of us makes mistakes. If you love someone with all your heart, then you must work through your differences, because what you have is worth too much to just throw away. Relationships can survive more than you would think.
