How to Get Rid Acne Entirely,

Usually acne begins at puberty and disappears by early twenties. But some cases, acne may persist into adulthood. Some associated with menstrual syndrome, hormones, pregnancy or cosmetics. Considering that face is the most frequent thing be seen when we interact to each other, while the appearance of acne make face looks unclean and blemish, its quite distressing for the someone who suffer from acne. But its not easy to get rid of them. For some people, they need several trial and error to find right medication before its completely cured. And unfortunately, there are some people who never relieve from it even they have tried so many ways to overcome it.

So, what is the secret to reveals how acne can be controlled and cured?

1. Don't scrub the skin. This irritates and causing more acne. Just wash our face gently, twice a day using mild soap. Do not wash too often, it actually aggravate acne
2. Exfoliating dead skin cells to prevent clogged pores. We can use ingredient that easily find in our refrigerator such as :

• lemon, use cotton ball into lemon juice and apply to face, wait for 10 minuets before rinse with cold water
• for sensitive skin, lemon will make your face burn. Use the blend of lemon, cucumber and yoghurt. Use them as a mask. This combination are really perfect to cure acne

Apply them two or three times a week. I find it, its really helpful to control comedo and makes skin clearer.

3. Drink :

• a glass of green tea everyday. More than a glass if you can. I prove it, green tea is antibiotic that able to prevent the new acne and makes big acne shrink into small one.
• a glass of turmeric juice very helpful to diminish painful cause by acne and make it drain in a short time

4. Avoid :

• heavy make up.
• Oil based make up, use water based make up
• Foundation, and compact powder. Just use Loose powder talcum free
• Antibacterial soap. Just use mild soap, with non perfume
• Alcohol base astringent, use alcohol free or made home made toner from cinnamon in water. Use cream, cleanser and lotion with Alpha Hydroxy Acids
• Conditioner shampoo, if your acne grow at part of face that has contact with hair such as forehead or cheek, you should suspicious that this ingredient irritated your skin. Use non conditioner shampoo
• Supplement of E vitamin. Research show, this supplement only make the acne worse and difficult to be cured. Get C vitamin from fresh fruits. Vitamins that come from natural source are always better.

5. Identify food that make acne worse. Some individuals have allergic that cause acne. Eliminated food from your diet that you suspect make your acne worse. Mostly, kind of food that could cause acne are milk, egg, peanut, shellfish, fatty food, oil, high iodine food or junk food.

6. Reducing stress, drinking more water, lowering your caffeine, cigarette, sugar, salt intake and enhance the consume of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

And the most important is you have to be patient. The acne can not be cured in one night or days, sometime it needs weeks. Its really takes time to get cured, so don't get discouraged and discontinued the medication before it cured completely.
